Here is a list of the NOT so good things about Lightyear
- Owners have very limited network marketing experience – This is something that's often overlooked and undervalued, but I've seen many mlm companies go out of business because the owners didn't understand how to make money from a distributors perspective.
- Not enough "next generation" marketing leadership – In order to survive in the network marketing world you must be trained to do both online and offline prospecting. People are bombarded with pitch and after, therefore you need a plethora bona-fide techniques and strategies in order to make the big bucks.
Strong network marketing leadership is huge. You need experienced company owners and a well rounded upline in order to survive today.
