Lightyear Wireless – The NOT so Good News

Before I go into further details about the "not so good" things, allow me to make a quick disclaimer.  These are my opinions and my opinions only.  I am a seasoned network marketer, who have seen a ton of highs and lows in this industry.  Therefore, I'm giving you an experienced opinion of Lightyear Wireless.

Here is a list of the NOT so good things about Lightyear

  • Owners have very limited network marketing experience – This is something that's often overlooked and undervalued, but I've seen many mlm companies go out of business because the owners didn't understand how to make money from a distributors perspective.
  • Not enough "next generation" marketing leadership – In order to survive in the network marketing world you must be trained to do both online and offline prospecting.  People are bombarded with pitch and after, therefore you need a plethora bona-fide techniques and strategies in order to make the big bucks.

Strong network marketing leadership is huge.  You need experienced company owners and a well rounded upline in order to survive today.

If you don't know how to build your Lightyear business using the internet, read below.

Here's how to start your online marketing strategy today!

  • Blogging – A simple WordPress blog can be set up in under an hour, and if you aren't interested in purchasing your own domain name (which I suggest), it's totally free. By signing up with WordPress.org, you'll be able to easily and quickly begin your online marketing. Choose a set of keywords that will target the audience you are trying to reach and you'll be picked up in Google searches as well. Terms and keyword phrases like, "best cell phone service" or "no contract cell phone service" are ideal. You don't even have to be technically inclined to set up and start blogging online. Just follow the instructions WordPress provides.
  • Social Networking – Once you've set up your blog and have a few relevant marketing posts up, it's time to harness the power of social networking. Start an account with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Digg. Once you have enough friends and followers, start posting the urls to your blog or Tweeting them from your Twitter account. This is a great way to create a buzz about your new business and reach individuals from all over the nation. Build up your social networking accounts by taking a little time each day to add businesses and individuals who might be interested in a no-contract cell phone account.
  • YouTube Videos – YouTube videos are easy to create and work remarkably well for internet marketers. You can use your laptop to record a video and YouTube provides instructions for quick and convenient uploading. Be sure to use your chosen keyword phrases (the same ones you are targeting for your blog posts) when you write your video descriptions, and don't forget to include a link to your website.
